Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Quantum AI (“QAI”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit qblockchainai.com or use the member / admin panels.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the public website, registration and login flows, member dashboard, contact forms, newsletters or email notices, and related services operated under Quantum AI. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

By using the Platform you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, please stop using the services and do not create an account.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

  • Account data: name, email address, sponsor / referral ID, optional phone or profile fields, and passwords (stored as secure hashes — we do not store login passwords in plain text).
  • Security credentials: security password and, where applicable, withdrawal password used to authorize sensitive actions.
  • Wallet data: blockchain addresses you link for deposits or withdrawals.
  • Fund & withdrawal requests: amounts, selected wallets, transaction hashes (TXIDs), and notes you submit.
  • Support messages: name, email, subject, and message content sent via the Contact form or support email.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser type, device/OS hints, and approximate access times;
  • Session identifiers required to keep you logged in;
  • Basic usage logs for security, abuse detection, and troubleshooting;
  • Live-rate display preferences or cache timestamps as needed for the site to function.

2.3 Network / genealogy data

Because Quantum AI is an affiliate platform, your member ID, sponsor relationship, and limited downline activity (such as investment volume relevant to team structure) may be visible to authorized uplines and administrators as part of normal program operation.

3. How we use information

We use personal and account data to:

  • Create and manage your member account and authentication;
  • Process fund confirmations, wallet credits/debits, locks, unlocks, and withdrawals;
  • Calculate and display daily rewards, team rewards, and affiliate level income;
  • Send verification, security, transactional, and important service emails;
  • Show team / genealogy information to eligible sponsors;
  • Operate admin tools (user management, reports, media, testimonials, home popup, settings);
  • Prevent fraud, enforce Terms, and protect Platform integrity;
  • Respond to Contact enquiries and improve support quality;
  • Comply with legal obligations where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information to third-party advertisers.

4. Blockchain & public transaction data

On-chain transfers (for example BEP20 USDT) are recorded on public blockchains. Anyone can view addresses, amounts, and TXIDs on a block explorer. When you submit a TXID for funding or receive a payout:

  • Administrators may review the hash against the public ledger to confirm payment;
  • We do not control and cannot erase public blockchain history;
  • Linking your wallet address to your member account associates that public data with your profile inside our systems.

5. Cookies, sessions & similar technology

We use session cookies and related storage so that:

  • You can remain logged in to the user or admin panel securely;
  • Security features such as login captcha can work;
  • Basic site functions (for example home popup display state in the browser) can operate.

These technologies are primarily necessary for authentication and security. Disabling cookies may prevent login or break panel features. We do not use cookies to sell your identity to third-party ad networks.

6. Email communications

We may send emails for account verification, password or security notices, fund/withdrawal updates, and important Platform announcements. Delivery may use our mail server or hosting mail facilities. You can use the Contact page if you believe you received an unauthorized message. Never send your security password by email.

7. Sharing & disclosure

We may share information only as needed to operate the service:

  • Infrastructure providers: hosting, database, and email delivery partners that process data on our behalf;
  • Sponsors / network: limited downline statistics required for the affiliate structure;
  • Administrators: staff with access rights to manage users, funds, withdrawals, and reports;
  • Legal / safety: when required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect rights, security, and integrity of the Platform and its members.

Public testimonials or media you agree to publish (name, photo, quote, or video) may appear on the website as configured in admin tools.

8. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including hashed passwords, session controls, and access-restricted admin panels. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. You must:

  • Use strong, unique passwords;
  • Never share login or security passwords;
  • Log out from shared devices;
  • Ignore unpaid “support” chats outside official channels listed on the Contact page.

9. Retention

Account profiles, wallet ledgers, fund requests, withdrawal history, lock records, and income reports are retained while your membership is active and thereafter as needed for audits, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Contact form messages may be kept to track support history. When retention is no longer necessary, we may anonymize or delete data where technically and legally feasible.

10. Your choices & requests

Subject to Platform and legal limits, you may:

  • Update certain profile fields from your member panel (where available);
  • Request correction of inaccurate account details via Contact or support@qblockchainai.com;
  • Request information about data we hold about your account (identity verification may be required);
  • Ask about account closure — note that financial ledgers and genealogy records may still need to be retained for operational and compliance reasons.

We may refuse requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate effort, jeopardize others’ privacy, or conflict with legal retention needs.

11. Children

Quantum AI is intended for adults who can lawfully use digital-asset services in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

12. International processing

Quantum AI may be accessed from multiple countries. Servers, backups, and support tools may process data in locations different from where you live. By using the Platform you consent to such transfer and processing as needed to provide the service.

13. Third-party links & partners

Our site may reference exchanges, wallets, UPI apps, or external media (for example YouTube / Vimeo embeds in testimonials). Those services have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for content or policies of third-party websites you visit from our pages.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with continued use constituting acceptance. For material changes we may also notify members by email or panel notice when practical.
